Designer Babe® is built around people who bring different expertise, perspectives, and curiosity to the same table. We are lean by design, which means everyone can shape the work rather than simply execute a defined part of it.
We give people context, then trust them with ownership. It means understanding the bigger picture, getting close to the details, making decisions, and knowing when to bring others in. We value people who can move between seeing the vision while caring enough to make the small details right.
Curiosity matters here. So does taste and resourcefulness. We care about people who notice what others miss, who are willing to learn, and who can find a way forward when there isn't an obvious one. The person closest to the problem should have a meaningful voice in solving it. Good ideas can come from anywhere, and everyone is expected to contribute to the thinking.
