We are not recruiting you to sell Designer Babe. We invite you to be a trusted cultural anchor and an extension of our ethos in your city.

This is an unpaid, high-context contributor role. To ensure this relationship is genuinely valuable and deeply protective of your energy:

• Bounded Commitment: This requires an average of 3 -5 hours per week (with flexibility around gathering weeks). It complements your current creative practice or work, not competing with it.

• Host Ownership: When you organise a gathering, you hold direct ownership over it—curating the guest list, selecting the venue, and setting the tone for the room.

• Covered Gathering Costs: You will never be out of pocket. Designer Babe covers gathering expenses, coffees, and table tabs for official meetups.

• Direct Proximity: A direct line to Designer Babe’s leadership, inner circle, and early ideas before they are made public.

• The Foundation Tier: As our city hubs scale into funded, formalised programming, our ambassadors are the first people we tap for paid roles, commissions, and project leadership.

• Active Advocacy: Direct introductions to our global network, visible credit on programs you touch, and high-trust endorsement for your future ventures.

Here’s how you’ll contribute

• Act as a welcoming point of contact for creatives, founders, and collaborators entering the Designer Babe ecosystem in your city

• Connect high-signal individuals whose work, taste, and values align with our ethos

• Host small, curated local meetups or coffee tables funded by Designer Babe to spark organic dialogue

• Scout local independent venues, galleries, and cultural milestones worth paying attention to

• Represent Designer Babe’s point of view at relevant cultural, design, and tech moments locally

• Channel sharp qualitative feedback and local creative sentiment back to our core team
