She is also the visionary behind Designer Babe®, a founder-led creative institution operating at the intersection of technology, education, media, and culture. What began as a platform has evolved into an ecosystem that builds systems, stories, and spaces where creative people do not just participate, but progress.

Across a decade in fintech and emerging technology, Mitch has designed human-centred products for global companies including Flutterwave, Wise, and Ledger.
