At Designer Babe, ideas become powerful when people have a dedicated room to experience them. From intimate dining salons and private convenings to flagship gatherings like the Global Creative Festival, our experiences are defined by curation: who belongs in the room, what conversation demands to happen, and what atmosphere stays with people long after they leave.

We are opening a small cohort of contributor positions for people who want to help design and deliver these spaces while gaining direct proximity, institutional context, and deep cultural capital.

These are unpaid volunteer positions. However, we do not take anyone’s time or creative energy lightly. In return for your presence and work, we offer:

• Direct Proximity & Context: You will sit inside the engine room of a rgrowing creative institution, learning firsthand how high-taste gatherings, curations, and cross-border initiatives are conceptualised and built.

• Access to the Rooms: You will be in direct contact with cultural leaders, founders, taste curators, and innovators shaping modern design and media.

• Visible Credit & Portfolio Evidence: Real ownership over production elements that you can directly point to as proof of execution.

• The Foundation Tier: As Designer Babe expands into paid structures and dedicated roles, we look first to the people who helped build the foundations.

Here’s how you’ll contribute

• Scout and research cultural venues, speakers, collaborators, and institutional partners that match our aesthetic and standards

• Support end-to-end production runs, guest lists, and speaker coordination for both private and large-scale gatherings

• Help steer on-the-ground, event-day delivery to ensure smooth guest journeys and precise atmosphere control

• Assist with the editorial and visual documentation that captures the spirit of each gathering

• Bring an intuitive pulse on where the most compelling creative energy lives in your city.

This is designed for you if

• You have exceptional taste, sharp spatial awareness, and care about atmosphere, hospitality, and flow

• You already have your finger on the pulse of your local creative community and know who is doing meaningful, under-the-radar work

• You understand that elite event production is 90% meticulous preparation and 10% calm poise in the room

• You want high-trust mentorship, real exposure to institutional building, and genuine relationships rather than busywork
