Meet the Taste Curator
My relationship with food has always been personal.
It started early, learning to cook with care for my senior citizen parents, understanding nourishment as a responsibility. It evolved into an expression of love, then into personal joy and restoration. Today, it has become a way of bringing people together with intention.
Shaped by my Nigerian heritage, global influence, and an instinct for gathering, I see food as memory, culture, and a universal language everyone understands.
As a design leader, my work has always been about translating complex ideas into elegant, human-centric experiences. Uto is a physical manifestation of that expertise. It was born from my desire to create an unhurried, considered, and culturally grounded third space where quality is felt, and connection matters as much as what is served.
I approach the table through creative direction, designing each experience with a mindful balance of elevation, surprise, and memorable impact.
