Our workshops are facilitated by our expert team of educators, led by Mitch, a globally celebrated creative powerhouse, multi-published author, award-winning educator, and multimedia producer whose work has empowered thousands of creatives in tech and design.

She founded Designer Babe® in 2019 to create the opportunities and insights she wished she had access to at the start of her career. Over the past decade, she has worked with global fintech unicorns—from Flutterwave, where she was part of the founding design team, to Wise, where she led design initiatives across FinCrime and Support, and later at Ledger, where she led design for payment services at the forefront of Web3 security.

Beyond fintech, she has led transformative education programs and large-scale creative festivals, driving impact at the intersection of design, technology, and culture.
